These Terms govern your use of D-Sports services, including the website and native applications. By accessing or using D-Sports, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and notifying us of unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use D-Sports for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or interference with the platform.
3. User-generated content policy
D-Sports has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must not post or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, pornographic, exploitative, illegal, or infringing.
You can report users and content in-app. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when policy violations are confirmed.
4. Purchases and payments
Purchases are processed by third-party providers. Refund eligibility depends on applicable policy and proof of purchase.
5. Termination and legal
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or when required by law. These Terms are governed by applicable law in Florida, USA.
